# Como configurar o SMTP para o canal de E-mail?

#### Etapa 1

Acesse a página **Configurações** > **Caixas de entrada** > **Caixa de entrada de e-mail.**

#### Etapa 2

Selecione a guia "**Configuração**".

#### Etapa 3

Para ativar o SMTP, marque a caixa de seleção "**Ativar configuração SMTP para esta caixa de entrada**"

#### Etapa 4

Preencha os campos abaixo e clique em "**Atualizar configurações SMTP**".

1. Endereço
2. Porta
3. E-mail
4. Senha
   * Contas do Gmail habilitadas em duas etapas. Consulte: Gerar senha do aplicativo
   * Todas as outras contas do Gmail. Consulte: Permitir acesso menos seguro
5. Domínio

#### Etapa 5

Abra uma conversa de e-mail existente no AtendChat.

#### Etapa 6

Digite uma mensagem de resposta para a conversa e clique no botão "**Enviar**".

Verifique se o correio foi entregue.
