A AtendChat usa os seguintes cookies.

### **Widget** **de bate-papo**

* **cw\_conversation**: Este cookie permite que o Chatwoot persista a conversa quando o contato navega pelas páginas da web / revisita o site posteriormente.
* **cw\_user\_{identifier}**: Este cookie é usado para armazenar em cache os detalhes do contato se um contato for identificado por meio do **set User SDK .**

### **Painel** **do agente**

* **\_chatwoot\_session**: Usado pelo painel Chatwoot Super Admin para persistir a sessão do usuário.
* **cw\_d\_session\_info**: Usado pelo Dashboard do Agente para armazenar a sessão do usuário logado.
