# CSAT

Clique no ícone '**Relatórios**' na tela inicial do Painel da AtendChat.

Em seguida, clique em '**CSAT**'. A tela mostrará os detalhes das Pesquisas de Clientes dos últimos 7 dias, pois esse é o intervalo de datas padrão.

O CSAT pode ser filtrado usando o nome do agente. Vários agentes podem ser selecionados no menu suspenso.
